Wow what a fucken result! Thank you mr Aqib Javed for getting my immediate 6 month licence appeal upheld.
Mr Javed worked effortlessly to establish exceptional circumstances to uphold my appeal. Even the magistrate said that in her whole 25 years of experience she has only ever upheld 3-4 immediate police initiated licence appeals including mine today due to the extremely high bar of exceptional circumstances.
The Prosecutor strongly opposed the application even handed high court case judgement to the magistrate to oppose my application but Mr javed meticulously advocated to persuade the magistrate to uplift the suspension.

Wow what a result man thank you Aqib Javed Cheema number 1 lawyer in criminal division of Australia in my opinion. My wife changed lawyers 4 times with people telling her to plead Guilty to possess illegal tobacco commercial quantities. Fast forward 9 months mr Javed appeared at bankstown court today in front of me Walsh judge who is very strict from what I hear.
